Interactive Voice Response

Hannah created an IVR recording as part of her full-time work for her employer. The script was provided. She was responsible for:

  • Recording the audio: setting up the microphone and performing test recordings. Multiple versions were done to perfect the timing, cadence, tone, energy level, and speed.
  • Editing the audio: using Adobe Premiere Pro to adjust the volume levels, remove background noise, and other enhancements.
